Privacy policy

22collections ("we", "us") runs a platform for licensing AI training datasets, and for collecting and labelling custom data. We're based in Guwahati and Bengaluru, India.

We collect these types of data:

• Account data — your name, email, organisation, and role, collected when you sign up or get invited to an organisation.
• Order and billing data — what you bought, which licence, invoices, and payment status. Your card or UPI details go straight to Razorpay, our payment processor — we never see or store them.
• Files you submit — attachments on your briefs, project files, and anything you upload in the workspace or admin dashboard. These are stored with Cloudflare R2.
• Field-collected data — if you commission a collection project, we process whatever data our field team gathers (which may include personal information about the people recorded, collected under the consent terms in that project's brief) on your behalf, only for that project.
• Contributor data — if you work with us as a field or labelling contributor, we collect what we need to assign you work, review it, and pay you.
• Technical data — a login cookie that keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers.

We use the data described above to:

• Provide the catalogue, checkout, request, and workspace features of the service.
• Process payments and issue invoices through Razorpay.
• Deliver purchased datasets and commissioned project outputs.
• Communicate with you about orders, requests, and account activity.
• Operate admin functions such as reviewing requests, managing orders, and quality-checking deliveries.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We share data with the infrastructure providers that run the service, each of which processes data under its own privacy terms:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and edge function hosting.
• Cloudflare (R2) — file storage for datasets, deliverables, and attachments.
• Razorpay — payment processing.

We keep your account, order, and project data for as long as your account is active, plus however long the law requires for tax and accounting records. Email hello@22collections.com to ask us to delete your account and data — we'll do so, except for records we're legally required to keep.

Data sent to and from our site is encrypted (HTTPS). Files aren't publicly accessible — you get a private link that expires after a short time. Our database only shows you data that belongs to your account and organisation.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email hello@22collections.com. We'll get back to you promptly.

This service is for business use and isn't meant for children under 18.

We may update this page as the service changes. If we make a significant change, we'll update the date at the top.
