Files are never public
There are no public links to any file we store. Every upload and download goes through a short-lived signed URL that expires in minutes, generated fresh for that one request.
Your data stays yours
Every database query is scoped to your account or organisation at the database level. You can only ever see your own orders, requests, projects, and licensed datasets — not anyone else's.
We never touch your card details
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or other payment details go directly to them — our servers never see or store them.
Field data is consent-tracked
Where a collection project gathers data from people, consent is recorded in writing before capture and kept tied to that specific session, separate from the delivered dataset.
Admin access is limited and logged
Only a small, explicitly approved list of accounts can access admin functions. Every admin action — every edit, refund, and dataset change — is written to an audit log that can't be altered or deleted afterward.
Encrypted in transit
All traffic between your browser and our servers runs over HTTPS.
